    A2K Audio & Aux Pvt. Ltd is the new brand identity for a venture conceived and registered in April 2006, Audio & Aux Sales. A2K Audio & Aux is a dealer, distributor, and importer of high-end pro audio-visual equipment. Urged by requests to bridge the gap between worldwide manufacturers and end users, A2K Audio & Aux now ensures easy availability of equipment and spares. We are also the Pan India distributions for Acoust-X and DuraTex.

  • About Aakash Sethi

    With a diploma and degree in Industrial Electronics, as well as an MBA in Industrial Management, Aakash has led A2K Audio & Aux to evolve into a national paragon with international standards. Having started his first company at the age of 15, Aakash consequently launched the various auxiliary of A2K Audio & Aux. Driven at the behest of enthusiastic nightclub owners for a more practical solution to our country's need for high-end professional equipment and spares, A2K Audio & Aux was born. Having started out as an accomplished DJ that was once orbiting the Pune nightlife circuit, Aakash is now at the helm of the constantly evolving audio and lights industries. Being a SMMART qualified engineer since 2006, having a keen ear for sound, understanding venues and their RT-60 time response measure to providing the most practical materials from all over the globe for correction of acoustic amenities - Aakash has given acoustic solutions for most of the installed venues at the best price point with in the quickest time frame.

    Having successfully emerged as a market leader in the supply of pro audio sound and light from international brands in Pune. we also extend our services nationwide. Our mission is to provide reliable, consistent, fair priced and above all - correctly advised products (the right solution for the right application to existing vendors in the rental business, clubs, religious institutions, the hotel industry, etc. In addition to providing quality equipment to vendors in the rental business, we also provide architectural lights for buildings and other seeking clients. The technical advice, backup and after-sales services is provided by our dedicated and qualified service department. Our logistics are transported nationwide by Gab Cargo, and we have a registered and quartile audited sales tax number, LBT registration and independent import license We have built and now maintain a substantial reputation for quick delivery, the right advice, quality implementations, and first class service.

  • Our Policy

    With qualified personnel that are certified in audio software such as IRIS, LAPS, QSC, SMAARE and QNET, our policy with system integration is simple. We forward the Auto-CAD drawing of the final layout to the international brands of your choice as per your instructions and budget bars. The country heads of the Specified brands are explicitly responsible for installations in their assigned territories. They, in turn, forward the Auto-CAD drawing to their international head offices, where the design is discussed by highly qualified engineers who will determine the models and their placement with reference to elaborate prediction software. This is then forwarded to us, and we implement these choices on your site as per the guidelines and specifications that have been instructed to us. Thus, the chances of your system design to fail over a period of time (test time 5 years) are very slim, and if so, we can beheld responsible as your local support and authorized integrators. When trusting A2K Audio & Aux as your integration solution, you receive the benefits of both national and international support against your investment. With office holdings in Dubai, Singapore, and Guangzhou China, our ability to source and repair or procure spares is unmatchable. These are made available to you with a design charge of 10%. The installation is completed for you at a total of 15%, which includes a free AMC for one year. Thereafter, the AMC for you shall be 1% of the equipment value per month. or 12% per annum. We promise to continue with the same AMC for the next 9 years This ensures the safety of your investment for 108 months after the first year; in total, 120 months (10 years). This enables you to claim 100% depreciation within the first 3 years at 33% electronic depreciation p.a., and the next 7years of performance as bonus.
